Flowing liquid cheese, hot cheetos coated, and deep fried. This will probably be the last Hot Cheetos recipe I ever make, but it was DELICIOUS!! Recipe below.
3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
2 cups of whole milk
4 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of macaroni noodles
1 bag of Hot Cheetos crushed into a powder
5 eggs (beaten) 1 /4 cup of milk
1 gallon of cooking oil
Combine 2 tablespoons of butter and flour. Add milk until it thickens. Add half the cheese to make the sauce.
Mix cheese with cooked macaroni. Fill the bundt cake mould with the macaroni and put it in the fridge.
Submerge the solidified macaroni in the eggs and the coat it in the hot cheetos. Repeat.
Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Deep fry for about 3 minutes.
Make cheese sauce using remaining ingredients. Add liquid cheese sauce to the center of the cake.
