3 Thick cut, skin on pork bellies
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
1 cup of SoyVay Spicy N Sweet Chili Heat Marinade
1 wooden skewer per pork belly
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Pat the pork belly dry and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
Coat the pork belly on both sides with the marinade. Put the pork belly on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes
Every 15 minutes take the pork belly out and re-apply the marinade.
Flip the pork belly and repeat step 3.
Insert the wooden skewer into the pork belly. Garnish with green onions.
