My very first breakfast burrito

I used to be the pickiest eater ever. Which means, there’s hope for everyone. This is my first ever breakfast burrito. Recipe Below.

Recipe
2 eggs
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 sausage links
2 strips of bacon
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
1 flour tortilla
1/2 cup of arugula

Step 1
Fry the sausage links and bacon and set them aside.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan and sauteé the arugula.
Step 2
Scramble eggs in a bowl. Add the green onions and cook a flat egg pancake on medoium heat.
Step 3
Add the cheddar cheese to the too of the tortilla. Microwave for about 1 minute or until the cheese has melted.
Step 4
Add the egg on top of the tortilla followed by the bacon strips.
Step 5
Add the arugula, sausage links and any remaining cheese.
Step 6
Tightly roll the burrito. Pan fry the burrito until there is a golden brown color on both sides.
