HOT CHICKEN PICKLE CHIPS!!!

Chicken skin wrapped around a pickle, deep fried for that crispy goodness, and then smothered in custom Nashville style hot chicken sauce!! Recipe below.

RECIPE
3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of paprika, chili powder, garlic powder and salt
1/2 cup of hot deep fry oil
5 beaten eggs
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika and garlic salt
1 chicken tight per 2 pickles (skin removed)
1 gallon of oil for deep frying
White bread
Step 1
Remove skin from chicken and cut in half.
Step 2
Wrap pickle in the chicken skin and secure with toothpicks.
Step 2
Coat the pickle in egg wash. Coat in flour mixture.
Step 3
Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Deep fry the pickles for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Combine the cayenne, brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder and salt. Add hot oil and create the sauce.
Step 5
Coat the pickle chips in Nashville style sauce.
Step 6
Plate the chips on a slice of white bread and coat the chips with additional sauce.
Step 7
STUFF YOUR FACE HOLE!!!
