Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese!

The greatest grilled cheese modification in the history of the internet. Garlic bread, shrimp and melted cheese! Recipe below.

1/2 pound of raw shrimp
2 tablespoons of butter
1 minced clove of garlic
2 slices of potato flour bread
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
5 slices of Monterey jack cheese

Step 1
Sautee the shrimp with the melted butter and garlic until its pink. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Without cleaning the pan, extract the shrimp and put them aside. Add one slice of bread to the pan.
Step 3
Add the cheese to the bread followed by half the shrimp and the remaining cheese. Close with another piece of bread.
Step 4
Press down the sandwich on medium heat (use a plate if you need to).
Step 5
Add a small amount of water to the pan and close with a bowl trapping the steam in order to melt the cheese.
Step 6
Flip the sandwich and cook on the opposite side. Add a small amount of chives to the sandwich.
