Breakfast Ramen. Cheese based broth, all the delicious breakfast items. Recipe below

1 egg
3 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
2 breakfast sausage links
1 pack of ramen noodles without the seasoning
2 chopped green onions
2 tablespoons of salted butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 diced shallots or 1/2 red onion
1 minced clove of garlic
2 tablespoon of hot sauce
1 cup of chicken stock
1 cup of milk
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Broth
Step 1
Melt the butter in a medium high saucepan or pot. Cook the diced shallots until they are soft and translucent. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 2
Add the flour and stir until the flour becomes a bit browned. Add the chicken stock, milk and stir until there are no more flour clumps. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cheese in sections while stirring. Add the hot sauce when all the cheese is incorporated and melted into broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5 minute egg
Step 4
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs and boil for exactly 5 minutes. Take them out and de-shell. Set aside.
Step 5
Cook the noodles to making sure not to overcook. Set aside.
Step 6
Using the breakfast sausage, make 4 small meatballs. Fry them on a pan until they are browned on all sides. Set aside.
Step 7
Assemble the bowl. Add the noodles to the centre. Pour in the broth. Add the green onions, half the chopped bacon, half the sausage meatballs, and 1 egg. Enjoy.
