Smashed Avocado Recipe
1 avocado
1/4 cup of sour cream
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of asiago cheese
1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 slices of everything seasoned french bread
1 chopped green onion
1 egg

Step 1
Slice the avocado into chunks. Add half the cheese and combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Boil a small pot of water. Add egg and cook for 5 minutes. Take out and remove shell.
Step 3
Slice bread in half and toast. Top the toast with the avocado mix, and egg. Slice egg in half. Season with salt and pepper, and remaining cheese.

Avocado and Dill Recipe
1 Avocado
2 tablespoons of fresh dill
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
2 slices of multigrain french bread

Step 1
Toast slices of bread. Combine the mayonnaise with grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise to the top of the bread.

Step 2
Slice the avocado in half. Scoop one half out and put face down on the cutting board. Slice thin on an angle. Top bread with the sliced avocado. Break apart the dill and place it on top. Season with salt and pepper.

Avocado Bread
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 avocado, mashed
1 cup buttermilk

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 1
Mash the avocado in a stand mixer or a bowl. Combine the egg and buttermilk and add it to the avocado mixture.
Step 2
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and slowly. In small batches, combine the dry ingredients with the avocado mixture.
Step 3
Add the mixture to a bread pan and bake for 1 hour.
